Policies, Payments, and Cancellations

This page explains reservation rules, payment processing, disclaimer terms, and cancellation/refund conditions.

Reservation Policies

Booking Rules
  • Rates shown on our website or provided via private message or WhatsApp are valid only on the day they are quoted.
  • Rates apply specifically to the requested service. Any modification may result in a rate adjustment.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed only when:
    • A confirmation number has been issued, and
    • The corresponding payment has been successfully processed.
  • By booking, you authorize GREAT TRANSFERS CANCUN verbally and/or in writing to charge your credit card and confirm your acceptance of our reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.
  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time the request is processed. Availability cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • Services booked under the “Pay When Boarding” option require a 10% deposit of the total transfer cost.
  • To avoid delays, you must present your reservation confirmation (printed or digital) when using the service.
  • To modify or cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your confirmation number and full name:

  • We strongly recommend reviewing our cancellation policies carefully. All modifications are subject to availability and possible rate changes.
  • Departure changes are free of charge only if requested at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time and during customer service hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Cancun, Q.R., GMT-5).

Payment Policies

Secure Payment
  • The total amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card.
  • We accept:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • Bank transfer
    • Bank deposit
  • All rates are provided in US Dollars (USD). Charges may be processed in Mexican Pesos.
  • For payments made in another currency, the transaction will be converted to USD at an exchange rate of $20.50 MXN per USD. The final charge reflected on your credit card may vary by up to 3% due to international exchange rate fluctuations.
  • GREAT TRANSFERS CANCUN is not responsible for currency exchange variations.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept exchange rate fluctuations and the corresponding charge in USD or MXN.

Legal

GREAT TRANSFERS CANCUN acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers offering tourism-related services, including ground transportation, tours, and excursions.

While we carefully select reputable and qualified providers, GREAT TRANSFERS CANCUN is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence, or misconduct of third-party providers.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
  • Any claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of the service.
  • We are not responsible for claims, costs, or expenses resulting from:
    • Personal injury, accidents, or death
    • Loss or damage to personal property
    • Emotional distress, disappointment, or inconvenience
    • Acts or omissions of third parties
    • Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions
    • Weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, terrorism
    • Traffic caused by road maintenance, repairs, or accidents
    • Client failure to obtain required travel documents (passport, visa, certificates, etc.)
    • Failure to follow provided service instructions (arrival times, hotel check-in/out times, etc.)
    • Any other circumstances beyond our control
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify services at our discretion and will attempt to offer similar alternatives whenever possible.
  • If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), and reimbursement from suppliers is not possible, GREAT TRANSFERS CANCUN may retain up to 10% of the total paid amount for administrative expenses.
  • In the event of pricing errors caused by expired or incorrect supplier rates:
    • If the correct rate is lower, the lower rate will apply.
    • If the correct rate is higher, your Travel Advisor will contact you. If you decline the updated rate, the reservation will be canceled without further liability.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

24-hour notice
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 24 hours in advance, including your reservation number.
  • To cancel, email: reservations@greattransferscancun.com
    • Include your reservation number and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 business days after approval.
